"First off the price is cheap. They are not bad quality and once installed they seem to be snug...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the fit of the mirror. Some mention that it seems to fit well, and expands to fit quite well. However, others say that the plastic end that lets you adjust is too small, and it's a challenge to fit them. The other downside is that there isn't much inside/outside adjustment after they're installed, and the mirrors cannot be adjusted back far enough to actually see anything.
"...Fitting them is quite a challenge...." Read more
"...They are not bad quality and once installed they seem to be snug. They do work very good and I'm able to see behind me well and to the sides...." Read more
"...Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the image in the mirror is relatively small...." Read more
"...well without vibrating, probably because they are so tightly fixed into my handlebars...." Read more
Customers are dissatisfied with the stability of the mirror. They mention that the mirror holder may be loose, and the mirrors may fall off while driving. The pivot gets loose over a week's ride, and it's easy to move the mirror, making it vibrate. The mirror portion to the mounting arm started vibrating loose, making the mirror shift a little. The only gripe with them is that they don't like to stay in position when riding over rough terrain.
"...screws pretty tight because at 70+ miler per hour the mirrors may shift a little. The glass on the mirrors is not flawless...." Read more
"...and install a set screw or something, because I've had BOTH mirrors fall off while driving!..." Read more
"...first before tightening the second screw, otherwise the mirror holder may be loose...." Read more
"...I was constantly rigging the former unit. This unit stays in place in the bar end and can be tightened solidly to hold the mirrors in position...." Read more

I ordered these as a replacement for a 1982 XJ650 Seca that I am trying to refurbish. I read the reviews about "stripping the allen screw and wouldn't tighten", "bad view" and on and on so when I received them, I was a bit apprehensive.
Whole install took all of about 10 minutes and went together just as they should have. These things are AWESOME! I have a clear view of everything behind me. They don't vibrate and they look good too.
Not only that, but the seller (Kapsco-Moto) had them to me within a week. Another AWESOME! Thanks Guys.
There are a ton more things that I would like to say, but the bottom line is: These mirrors do what they are supposed to do, look damned good doing it, go together the way that they are supposed to, cost a damn sight less than comparable ones from other places, and will get to you in a hurry.
Get them, you will not regret it.
Quality of these mirrors for the price is great. Mirrors are made of glass and give good field of view. They don’t vibrate in the bars and remain clear.
Fitting them is quite a challenge. The parts that goes into the handlebar are 2 steel cones with flanges that splay out once a threaded bolt tightens down on a wedge shaped nut. The nut is made of aluminum and I found it was easy to strip it expecting it to gain purchase on the flanges while the whole assembly spins in the bars. I recommend using tools to pre-splay open the flanges and then push the nit all the way inside the smaller cone leaving enough slack so that the whole thing is loose enough (but only just loose enough) to insert into the handlebar.
Then use a wrench to apply sideways pressure on the end cap while tightening the bot with an Allen wrench so that the flanges ‘bite’ into the bar without the whole thing spinning.
One side went on great, other side span and stripped the nut but I was able to rework it into position and got it tightly installed.
The paint on the backs of the mirrors is a bit lumpy, not the best finish, but at $12.99 I think the quality is acceptable and overall I’m very happy.

I installed the mirrors in about 5 minutes. Be sure to crank down the adjustment screws pretty tight because at 70+ miler per hour the mirrors may shift a little.
The glass on the mirrors is not flawless. Toward the edge you kind of get a slight warping effect, but it's not bad. The mirrors vibrate way less (if at all) than my stock mirrors and I can actual identify what's behind me. Plus, I don't have to move my arms out of the way to check my mirrors anymore.
The shipping was fast and the packaging was very secure. Even if these break within the next 6 months I'll buy them again. I have checked out the $60-$80 bar end mirrors and they are not that much better. Give these a try, you have wasted $20 on worse things.
