The players controls are too sensitive and the way the general functions, the player turned out to be disappointing for me.
I’ll be using it as a backup to my older MP3 player.

I am satisfied with the device. the positive characteristics price and battery (- 100 dls, 8gb + 32 gb expandable to me is logical)has very good battery autonomy, much depends on the decoding of the mp3 if you are 128kb or 320kb, and also depends on the quality of video is an example: listening to music to 320kb x 4 hours a day, the battery goes well with an acceptable load rest being the 3 day, real autonomy conclusion has a real 12 hour approx, the design is cute and nice, the screen is not bad being (qvga) and also can be viewed, if the sun hits squarely on the screen, the sound is very good (as long as the music is encoded in 320kb), the headphones are not the best, but they play good job of isolating noise, headphones are also better quality. A more detailed to be thin can be stored easily in a pocket, not big. The negative features: the touch panel is very practical, to navigate the menus, to find a radio tuned to find a song from a folder. The downside is that is very sensitive !!!!!! an example: I choose a song to listen, I keep it in your pocket and the friction causes it to change my song, it would have to be corrected with a firmware update. It is true that you have the option to "Hold", but I always remember it every time I keep the device. The latter would be a good thing speaking of "Hold"is that this does not cancel the sound if it is active, the volume can be raised or lowered. Well then as a good thing is the variety of audio formats it supports (flac, ogg, wma, wma secure, waw podcast). In general a good product lines, at least I recommend it and most of all to those who do not belong to the worshipers of the i pod club

This device is pretty sweet. It could use a few things like a lock button (there is a lock feature but it's frustrating to get into and out of) and a volume limit control - something ideal for when you're kids are using it and you don't want them blasting their eardrums. Otherwise I like this product. I love that it works with Windows Media Player and I love that I can add extra storage by Mirco SD cards. Finally, a device that can hold most of my music and has room for more! I think I'll stick with SanDisk for a while, might even upgrade to the 32 GB one and then pass this one down to the kiddos.
Helps that I got it for under $60 brand new. Yay Ebay. Overall I am glad I picked this MP3 player, what it lacks in features my laptop/nook/smartphone makes up for. It is exactly what it should be and no more, which is great. Simplicity in the MP3 market is one thing the competition lacks.
Poor software and design choices cripple an otherwise economical device.

The first mp3 player that I bought on my own was a Sansa e200, a small but economical player that I've been using for almost 5 years. After that amount of time I figured it was time for an upgrade, and the attractive new generation of Sansa players seemed like a good choice. I couldn't complain about the price, either - especially once I expanded the memory with a micro SD card.
However, after using this player for a month I have to wonder what happened to the original player's design team. In place of easy to use buttons or a scroll wheel is a touch screen. The touch screen is extremely sensitive and even a light tap with any object (clothing, keys, etc) will change the song or stop it. The touchpad does not illuminate when pressed, making navigation difficult in low light due to the relatively small size for the number of touch-sensitive buttons.
Navigation is a chore because the menus change slowly - there is a noticeable half-second or more of lag between tapping the pad and the menu changing or scrolling, enough time to make you wonder whether you've actually hit the pad in the correct place. Scrolling through songs/artists/playlists and menus is therefore slow even at maximum swipe scrolling speed, and the fact that menus do NOT wrap around to the beginning means you need to scroll completely back through the list every time you need to access a previous option.
Lastly, the software itself seems to be pretty buggy - already I've had the player freeze a number of times. Sometimes it is random, other times when connecting to the computer or attempting to sync music.
Unfortunately I decided to stick it out with this player past the short return period, so I'm now making the best of it. It does have good battery life and compared to what I'd pay for an iPod holding the same number of songs it's a great deal. But poor design choices make this a player I'd avoid even at the low price I paid for it. If you've had a Sansa in the past and are hoping for an upgrade, this would NOT be it.
